The Kitchen is definitely a room that gets the most use, keeping everything organized can be a challenge. Our goal is to make your life a little easier. We will turn inefficient kitchen storage areas into organized spaces to help you control your clutter and create the organized spaces you dream about.
We’ll work side-by-side with you to sort through your pots, pans, dishware, glassware, kitchen utensils, drawers and other needed areas.
If you prefer that we take the lead, our purpose is to find the best way to make everything flow better and provide a new fresh look. For example, baking and cooking items should be kept close to where you do food preparation. Utensils should be in the drawer nearest to the prep area as well. Glassware near sink or refrigerator.
The idea is to make things easier for you and more functional.
STEPS:
Our secret to an easy-to-use pantry is visibility. You should be able to see everything you have. We discuss options to fit your daily needs by organizing and arranging what will work best for you. The great thing is we will be simplifying the way your pantry functions so it can be left manageable to use.
We start with a clean slate by emptying your entire pantry, and thoroughly wipe everything down before we begin the organization process. Toss anything that is expired and categorize by placing like items together. For example, clear containers, bins, trays or a lazy Susan makes it easy to keep oils, snacks or baking essentials in one place. This will make it easier to find what you need in one area.
*Tip by using baskets/bins to store food or odd-shaped packages to fit better in clear canisters with sealed lids are ideal for maximizing storage space. Adding labels can also help so every member of your household knows where items are located.
Another idea is keeping a note pad and pen inside to jot down items to replenish when you are heading out next time to shop.
